Vantage was formed in April 2003 by founding directors Jeremy Mudie and Robert Thain, to be a specialist commercial property investment advisor and asset manager. Since 2003, £350 million of commercial property has been transacted and actively managed. Vantage is experienced in offshore corporate structuring and has advised over 20 overseas companies (BVI and Nevis) and four Property Unit Trusts (Guernsey).

Vantage is an expert in asset management, with extensive experience in property refurbishment, lease restructuring and tenant negotiation.
